Sensitive pupil files are kept apart from everyday school data, and encrypted when stored. Every access is logged.

Paying does not improve placement, badges, or visibility on Domiu.org. There are no sponsored listings, ever.

Is Domiu.org free for schools?
Yes, always. Claiming and editing your listing is free for every UK supplementary school. We never charge schools for being in the directory.
Does paying improve directory ranking?
No. Paid plans give you a website and operational tools. They do not improve your placement, search ranking, badges, or visibility on Domiu.org. Directory and commercial products are deliberately separate.
What happens if we already have a website?
Keep it. Stay on the free listing, link out to your existing site, and only move when our builder genuinely saves you time. Plenty of schools do.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. Starter includes a domiu-school.uk subdomain. Standard and above support your own domain (e.g. highburypolish.uk).
Can the website be bilingual?
Yes. One toggle switches between English and your heritage language, including Polish, Mandarin, Arabic, Welsh, Ukrainian and more, with right-to-left layouts where needed.
Can schools pay by invoice?
Yes. UK schools, charities and federations can pay annually by invoice. Bank transfer or card both supported.
